1. Agreement

Using PricePatch means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What the app does

PricePatch is a macOS app for managing pricing on App Store Connect. It uses your ASC API credentials to read and write pricing data through Apple's official API.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API credentials secure
• Making sure your pricing changes comply with Apple's rules and local laws
• Reviewing changes before applying them
• Anything that happens as a result of the pricing changes you make

4. Payments

PricePatch offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, plus a lifetime purchase. All payments go through the Mac App Store. We don't handle billing or refunds directly — Apple does.

5. No warranties

The app is provided as-is. We can't guarantee it will always work perfectly or that Apple won't change their API in ways that break things. We do our best to keep it working, but pricing changes are your call.

6. Liability limits

We are not liable for incorrect pricing, lost revenue, or other damages that come from using the app. You should always verify pricing changes before and after applying them.

7. Intellectual property

PricePatch is our product. App Store Connect is Apple's trademark. We are not affiliated with Apple.

8. Changes

These terms may change. When they do, the new version goes here with an updated date. If you keep using the app, you accept the new terms.
