What PricePatch is

PricePatch is a macOS app for managing App Store Connect pricing. It runs locally on your Mac. There is no server component, no cloud sync, and no account to create.

Data we collect

None. Specifically:

  • No analytics or tracking of any kind
  • No crash reporting
  • No advertising identifiers
  • No usage telemetry

Your ASC credentials

The app needs your App Store Connect API credentials (Issuer ID, Key ID, and .p8 private key) to work. Here is where they go:

  • The .p8 private key is stored in the macOS Keychain
  • Issuer ID and Key ID are stored in UserDefaults
  • Credentials are sent directly to api.appstoreconnect.apple.com and nowhere else

What gets stored on your Mac

  • Change-set drafts and pricing configurations (CoreData)
  • A price point cache that expires automatically after 7 days
  • Your app preferences (UserDefaults)

Deleting the app and its support files removes everything.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the Mac App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple manages billing, receipts, and refunds.

Third parties

The app talks to one external service: Apple's App Store Connect API. That's it. No third-party SDKs, no external analytics, no ad networks.

Kids

PricePatch is a developer tool. It is not designed for or marketed to anyone under 13.

Updates to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
